One of our most favorite moments. A custom steel frame glass partition separates the primary bath from the bedroom. The subtle fluted glass maintains privacy while still allowing daylight to flood into both spaces.

When you have a great team and wonderful clients, the result is always something to be proud of. The owners here were not afraid of color and texture, and gave us the chance the turn their townhouse into a modern classic.
Gutsy, a new AppleTV+ series by Hilary and Chelsea Clinton, was filmed at the PDR House. The show follows the Clintons as they interview famous, powerful, and inspirational women from all over the world. The episode, Gutsy Women are Rebel Hearts, features Abby Wambach and Glennon Doyle. We were beyond excited to have all of these amazing women at our house, and so happy to finally be able to share this!

Check out Claire Bingham’s new book, The New Naturalists, which features the Playa del Rey house and its owners who are avid collectors of gems and minerals. The house was designed to showcase and display their extensive collection while maximizing panoramic ocean views.
