Brett Appel AIA LEED AP
Principal
Prior to founding the firm, Brett lead design and management of projects for Christoff:Finio Architecture in New York and Perkins+Will in Chicago. His previous portfolio includes a mixed-use development in St Petersburg, FL as well as multiple developments in the United Arab Emirates. Most recently, he completed work on a private residence in the Hamptons, New York and the design of a preschool in Williamsburg, Brooklyn New York.
Brett is a graduate of the Yale School of Architecture and the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan. During his Yale tenure, he was the Head Teaching Fellow for Alexander Garvin's, Introduction to Planning and Development,and his work was published in several editions of the school journal, Retrospecta. Upon graduation, he received the William Edward Parsons Memorial Medal for distinctive work and professional promise in the area of city planning.
Brett is a registered Architect in California and New York State.
Terri Lee AIA
Principal
Terri has over 15 years of experience heading design and management of projects all over the world at leading architectural firms such as Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, SOM, and Pelli Clarke Pelli. At KPF she was the senior designer for high profile projects such as 30 Hudson Yards and 10 Hudson Yards in New York. She has also completed several projects abroad, from KPMG Headquarters in London to Ocean Financial Centre in Singapore. Her design portfolio also includes high-end residential developments such as Citymark Centre in Shenzhen, China.
Terri received her Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, where she was the first architecture student to be awarded a Rawlings Cornell Presidential Research Scholarship. She holds a Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture.
Terri is a registered Architect in New York State.
